Delivery Timeframe

The total delivery time consists of order processing time plus shipping transit time.

Order Processing: 1–2 business days. During this time we confirm your order details, prepare the items, and package them for shipment.

Shipping Transit: 6–12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Estimated Total: 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

We currently ship to Finland. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Products may be shipped from different partner warehouses depending on inventory availability and your location.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EET (Finland time) on a business day are typically processed that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EET will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Finnish public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Pricing, VAT & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are fully inclusive of Finnish VAT (24%). The price you see on the product page is the complete price you pay — VAT is already built into every product price, not added at checkout.

There are no additional taxes, duties, import fees, or hidden charges of any kind. What you see is what you pay. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount that will be billed to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note:

  • Tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to become active in the carrier system.
  • If tracking information does not appear immediately, your shipment has not been lost — please allow up to 3 business days.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery Delays: Shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by high demand, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Public Holidays: During Finnish public holidays or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returned shipments. Additional re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
